Why are our children being murdered in our public schools?

Another school shooting yesterday resulted in a 13 year old murdering a 13 year old classmate at Washington Middle School in New Mexico.

Authorities report 13-year-old Bennie Hargrove who sustained gunshot wounds was transported from Washington Middle School to the University of New Mexico Hospital, where he died from his injuries.

Why?

I had hoped 2018 would be the end.
