Title VII and workplace violence prevention

According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), harassment is a form of workplace violence.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 provides a national policy prohibiting harassment on the grounds of race, color, religion, national origin and gender.
