Disability-based charges of discrimination are on in the rise, according to the EEOC

The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) reports disability-based charges of discrimination have increased.


Per the EEOC, charges of workplace-based violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) rose from 33.4% to 36.1% during F/Y 2020.
