Employers are required to post OSHA 300A forms

Employers are required to post their OSHA 300A reports which provide a summary of occupational injuries and illnesses reported in 2017.

Moreover, copies of these records must be provided to current and former employees, or their representatives upon request. Employers may download copies of OSHA 300A forms here:
