I have researched, lectured and written about harassment, bullying, employee safety, violence and other human resources-related topics since 1996.
My latest project is "The Killer in the Next Cubicle" which evaluates 82 chilling occupational homicides which occurred across the United States from 2012-2017.
I am conducting lectures on my research in Florida and New Jersey the next several weeks.
